What is your general attitude towards duty shifts?

On-call duty is an important part of work in some teams, especially when it is necessary to ensure stability and respond quickly to incidents in production. It should be taken seriously, as timely response affects user work and the company's reputation.

From my perspective, I believe on-call duty is a valuable experience for understanding the system as a whole and identifying bottlenecks. It is also important that on-call duty is organized fairly, with clear instructions and knowledge transfer opportunities to minimize stress and increase the effectiveness of problem response.
