I try to stay informed about initiatives to improve work processes in other projects through internal communications such as corporate chats, meetings, and documentation. For example, in one project, they are implementing test automation using CI/CD, which significantly speeds up releases and reduces errors. This is useful because it allows adopting best practices and adapting them to one's work.
