How was the interaction between components and teams organized in your previous project?

In my previous project, interaction between components and teams was based on clearly defined APIs and data exchange protocols. We used RESTful services and message queuing (e.g., RabbitMQ) for communication.

For synchronizing team work, Agile practices were employed: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. This allowed for quick problem identification and change coordination.

Within the team, a version control system (Git) with pull requests for code review was used, ensuring quality and transparency of changes. Tools for task tracking (Jira, Trello) were also utilized, helping to coordinate work and monitor progress.
