Describe the structure and role distribution within your previous team.

In my previous team, there were about 6 people, and the role distribution was as follows:

• Team Lead — responsible for architecture and technical guidance.
• Backend developers (2 people) — handled server-side logic development in Python, API writing, and database integration.
• Frontend developer — worked on the interface and interaction with the backend.
• QA engineer — wrote automated tests and conducted manual testing.
• DevOps engineer — responsible for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.

Communication was built through daily stand-ups and the use of a task tracker. Roles were quite flexible; sometimes backend developers helped with DevOps tasks, and QA participated in requirements discussions.
