When preparing the technical assignment (TA), I followed this approach:

1. Requirements gathering: communicated with the customer and users to understand goals and objectives.
2. Formalization of requirements: described functional and non-functional requirements in an understandable form.
3. Breakdown into modules and development stages.
4. Indication of acceptance criteria and constraints.
5. Use of examples and diagrams for better understanding.

As a result, the TA was a document that served as the basis for development and coordination with the team and the customer.
