As a team or project leader, I was usually responsible for task planning, role distribution, and deadline monitoring. An important part was holding regular meetings to discuss progress and resolve emerging issues. I also mentored colleagues, helping them grow technically and improve processes. For example, in one project, I implemented a code review system and automated testing, which improved code quality and sped up releases.
