• Analyst — gathers requirements, formulates tasks, ensures understanding between the customer and the team.

Why these roles are important:

• Without a technical leader, the team may lose direction and face technical problems.
• Developers are the foundation of implementation.
• QA guarantees quality and reduces defect risks.
• The project manager helps adhere to deadlines and budget.
