Why did you, as a TL, allow this situation to last for N months?

As a team lead, I believe it is important to acknowledge responsibility for the situation and analyze the reasons why it could have lasted several months. Often, such situations arise due to insufficient control, lack of timely communication, or improper prioritization of tasks. In such cases, I try to implement regular progress checks, improve process transparency, and strengthen team interaction to identify and address issues early on. It is also important to learn from such situations to prevent their recurrence in the future.
