Can we consider perfect people as existing subjects?

In a philosophical and logical sense, "ideal people" are abstract concepts rather than real subjects. They do not exist as concrete, empirically observable beings, but serve to model or idealize human qualities. Therefore, they cannot be considered existing subjects, as subjectivity implies consciousness and real existence, whereas ideal people are more like mental constructs.
