What managerial tasks do you find the most challenging?

One of the most challenging tasks in a leadership position for me is balancing technical guidance with team management. It requires not only understanding technical details but also effectively motivating and coordinating people, resolving conflicts, and distributing tasks so that the team works with maximum efficiency. It is also difficult to make decisions under uncertainty and limited resources, where one must prioritize and manage risks.
