What is a challenging project for you? How do you see your development?

A challenging project for me is a project with a high degree of uncertainty, a large number of interdependencies, and the need to integrate different technologies or teams. For example, a project with new tools for me, scalable architecture, and strict performance requirements.

In such projects, it is important to be able to quickly understand new areas, communicate effectively with the team, and adapt flexibly to changes.

In terms of development, I strive to deepen my knowledge of software architecture, improve my skills in writing clean and maintainable code, and also develop soft skills — communication, time management, and conflict resolution. This helps me be more effective and bring greater value to the team and the project.
