What are your main mistakes in your career and what have you learned from them?

One of the main mistakes I made early in my career was not having a deep enough understanding of user and business needs before starting product development. This led to the team spending time on features that did not add value or were irrelevant.

From this, I learned the importance of thorough requirements gathering, active communication with users and stakeholders, and regular hypothesis testing through MVPs and feedback. Now, I always try to involve the team and clients early on to minimize risks and create truly needed products.

Another mistake was insufficient communication within the team, which sometimes led to misunderstandings and delays. Now, I pay great attention to process transparency and regular synchronization.
