What are you proud of in your achievements?

One of the achievements I am proud of is successfully implementing the Agile process in a team that previously worked under the Waterfall model. This significantly increased transparency, improved communication between departments, and accelerated product release.

I also led the launch of a new feature that increased user engagement by 30% and positively impacted key business metrics.

An important achievement I consider is the ability to effectively balance the requirements of the business and the capabilities of the team, which allows for timely delivery of valuable products and maintaining team motivation.
