How to use Story Mapping?

Story Mapping is a technique for visualizing and organizing user stories to understand the product and prioritize tasks.

How to use:

1. Define the main goal or epic — a large feature or user flow.
2. Break it down into steps (activities) — key user actions.
3. Place user stories (stories) under each step — specific tasks or features.
4. Arrange stories by priority from left to right — most important and basic functions on the left.
5. Use the map for planning releases and MVP — identify the minimal set of features for launch.

This helps see the full user journey, identify gaps, and make decisions on what to do first.
