What must happen during the probation period for you to decide to leave the company?

During the probation period, I would decide to leave the company if:

• The tasks and responsibilities significantly differ from those discussed at the time of hiring and do not meet my professional expectations.
• The company lacks transparency in communication, and there is no support from management or the team, which hinders professional growth.
• The organizational culture or values of the company do not align with my personal beliefs, leading to discomfort at work.
• There is no opportunity to develop and learn, and there is no understanding of a career path.
• Work processes are so inefficient or chaotic that they negatively impact the quality of work and motivation.
