What techniques of brainstorming do you use?

To conduct effective brainstorming, I use several techniques:

• Classic brainstorming — freely generating ideas without criticism to stimulate creativity.
• Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats — examining the problem from different perspectives (emotions, logic, creativity, etc.), which helps to see new solutions.
• SCAMPER — a technique based on questions: substitute, combine, adapt, modify, use differently, eliminate, reverse.
• Mind mapping — visualizing ideas and their connections for better understanding and structuring.
• Silent brainstorming — initially, each participant writes down ideas independently, which helps to avoid influence from dominant personalities.

The choice of technique depends on the team and the session's goal; I often combine several approaches for maximum effectiveness.
