What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile project management methodology, especially popular in software development. It is based on an iterative and incremental approach, allowing for quick adaptation to changing requirements.

Main elements of Scrum:

• Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment.
