Чем PM отличается от Scrum Master?

Project Manager (PM) and Scrum Master are different roles with different tasks, although both are related to project management.

• Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the project: planning, resource management, budgeting, deadlines, risks, and communication with the client. Their task is to ensure the project is completed within the requirements and constraints.

• Scrum Master is a facilitator in a Scrum team. They help the team follow Scrum processes, remove obstacles, promote process improvement, and facilitate interaction within the team. The Scrum Master does not directly manage the project but supports the team in self-organization.

In simpler terms, the PM manages the project from the top down, while the Scrum Master serves the team, helping it work effectively within Scrum.
