What does a Product Owner do?

The Product Owner in Scrum is responsible for managing the product and maximizing the value created by the development team. They shape and prioritize the product backlog, clearly describe requirements and tasks, interact with stakeholders and the team to ensure understanding of goals and expectations. The Product Owner makes decisions about what and when to develop based on user needs and business objectives.
