What is MoSCoW for requirement prioritization?

MoSCoW is a prioritization method for requirements in project management that helps determine which tasks or features are most important to implement. The name is an acronym from the first letters of the categories:

• M (Must have) — essential requirements without which the product cannot be released.
• S (Should have) — important requirements that are desirable to implement but the product can function without.
