What is Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)?

Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) is a cyclical model of quality and process management aimed at continuous improvement. It consists of four stages:

• Plan: defining the objectives and processes necessary to achieve the result.
• Do: implementing the planned actions.
• Check: analyzing and evaluating the results, comparing them with expectations.
• Act: adjusting processes based on the analysis to improve.

Example: in a project, a manager plans to improve the testing process, implements new methods, checks their effectiveness, and makes changes to optimize.
