What is flow in Agile?

In Agile, the term "flow" describes the continuous and efficient movement of work from idea to implementation and delivery of value to the user. The goal is to minimize delays, blockages, and context switching to ensure a stable and predictable development process.

Flow helps teams:

• Quickly identify and eliminate obstacles.
• Reduce lead time.
• Improve quality and customer satisfaction.

To enhance flow, visualization of work (e.g., Kanban boards), limiting work in progress (WIP limits), and regular process analysis for optimization are often used.
