Business considers Agile as "without plans". How to explain?

Agile is not the absence of plans, but a flexible approach to planning. In Agile, plans are created iteratively and adapted as new information is received and requirements change. Instead of a detailed long-term plan, the team works with short cycles (sprints), where a specific amount of work is planned, and after each cycle, the plan is reviewed.

Thus, Agile allows for quick responses to changes and reduces risks associated with fixed plans that may become outdated. It is not "planless," but "planning with the possibility of changes."
