PM (Project Manager) is responsible for managing the project as a whole: planning, resource allocation, deadline control, communication with the client and stakeholders. Their task is to ensure the successful completion of the project within the budget and deadlines.

Team Lead is the technical leader of the development team. They are responsible for technical guidance, assisting in solving complex problems, code review, task distribution within the team, and maintaining the technical quality of the product.

In simple terms, the PM manages the project and processes, while the team lead handles the technical part and the development team.
