Assessing my skills in PHP, I would rate myself 3 out of 5. I have a confident understanding of syntax, core language constructs, working with arrays, functions, and OOP. I can create simple web applications, work with databases through PDO, and also use popular frameworks.

However, I continue to develop and study more advanced topics such as performance optimization, security, and modern PHP standards.
