From which version of PHP did you start using in your projects?

In my projects, I started using PHP from version 7.0. This version brought significant performance improvements and new features, such as scalar type declarations for parameters and return types, as well as the null coalescing operator (??). For example, with PHP 7, it became easier to write more reliable and cleaner code.
