What criteria do you use to select a new job?

When choosing a new workplace, I focus on several key criteria:

• Technology stack and tasks — interesting and modern technologies, opportunities for professional growth.
• Team and culture — open communication, support, opportunities to learn from colleagues.
• Working conditions — flexible schedule, remote work, adequate salary and social package.
• Development opportunities — training, conferences, career advancement.
• Impact on the product — so that my work provides tangible benefits and is meaningful.

For example, I prefer companies that value code quality and practice code review, as well as those where I can influence architecture and processes.
