What goals do you set for yourself in the field of professional growth?

In the field of professional growth in Node.js, I set the following goals:

• Deepen my knowledge of asynchronous programming and application performance optimization.
• Master modern frameworks and tools in the Node.js ecosystem, such as NestJS, Express, as well as package management systems.
• Learn to write scalable and maintainable code, applying best practices and design patterns.
• Develop skills in working with databases and integrating with external services.
• Improve code testing levels, including unit and integration tests.

I plan to regularly study new technologies and participate in real projects to reinforce my knowledge.
