How many teams have you worked with in your professional activity?

The number of teams I have worked in as part of my professional activity depends on my experience. For example, at the beginner level (junior), the experience is usually limited to one or two teams where I learned and developed. At the mid-level (middle), the experience may include working in several teams, which allows for a better understanding of different approaches to development, processes, and interaction. Not only the quantity but also the quality of experience in teams, the ability to work in a team, and adapt to different working styles are important.
