To structure my workday and prioritize, I usually use the following approach:

• At the beginning of the day or the night before, I make a list of tasks considering deadlines and importance.
• I use prioritization methods, such as the Eisenhower matrix (urgent/important).
• I break down large tasks into subtasks to track progress.
• I plan time for completing tasks, taking into account concentration and breaks.
• During work, I try to minimize distractions and focus on one task.
• I regularly review the list to adapt to changes and new priorities.

In Node.js projects, it is also important to consider time for code review, testing, and communication with the team, so I plan buffer time for these activities.
