In which organizations are you not willing to interview or work?

I prefer not to attend interviews and not to work in organizations where:

• There is a lack of transparency in processes and communications.
• They do not respect the work-life balance, expecting overtime without compensation.
• Ethical norms are neglected, such as violating the rights of employees or clients.
• There is no support for professional growth and training.
• The work environment is toxic or discriminatory.

For me, a company's culture is important, where employees are valued, development is supported, and comfortable working conditions are provided.
