What negative aspects within an organization do you consider unacceptable?

Negative aspects within the organization that I consider unacceptable:

• Lack of communication and transparency when information is hidden or not conveyed to the team.
• Ignoring feedback and opinions of employees.
• Unfair distribution of tasks and workload.
• Lack of support and development for employees.
• Toxic atmosphere, conflicts without attempts to resolve them.

Such problems reduce motivation, work quality, and can lead to high staff turnover.
