What work format do you prefer: in the office or remote?

The preferred work format depends on the tasks and personal preferences. Remote work is convenient for concentration and flexibility, especially if there is a comfortable workspace at home. Office work helps to communicate better with the team and resolve arising issues more quickly. Personally, I am open to both formats, but for training and experience exchange at the beginning of a career, the office may be more beneficial.
