How do you feel about AI potentially replacing developers? How do you see development in 2-3 years?

AI already significantly influences development today by automating routine tasks, assisting with code autocompletion, generating tests, and even refactoring.

However, it is unlikely that AI will fully replace developers in the next 2-3 years, as development involves not only writing code but also understanding business requirements, architecture, team communication, and decision-making under uncertainty.

In the future, I see development as a symbiosis of humans and AI tools: AI will help accelerate coding, identify errors, suggest optimizations, while developers will focus on creative and strategic tasks.

This will increase productivity and quality, but the role of humans will remain crucial.
