What methodology are you used to working with? How do you evaluate tasks and how often do you deploy to production?

I prefer to work using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Tasks are estimated using Planning Poker, where the team collaboratively determines complexity and duration. Releases to production usually happen every 2 weeks, allowing for quick feedback and prompt bug fixes.
