Describe the structure and role of the team involved in your current project.

In my current project, the team consists of several roles, each performing an important function:

• Developers (Java) — write business logic, implement new features, and fix bugs.
• Testers (QA) — create and execute tests to ensure product quality.
• Analysts — gather requirements and formulate technical specifications.
• Project Manager — coordinate the team's work, monitor deadlines, and communication.
• DevOps Engineers — responsible for deployment, server configuration, and CI/CD.

The team works according to Agile methodology, with regular sprints and daily stand-ups. Roles are clearly defined, which allows for effective achievement of project goals.
