What format and tools did you use for task setting and tracking in your previous project?

In the previous project, an Agile format using the Jira system was used for task setting and tracking. Tasks were formatted as user stories or bugs with descriptions, priorities, and effort estimates.

Jira allowed creating Kanban or Scrum boards, where the status of tasks could be visually tracked (To Do, In Progress, Done). Filters and reports were also used for progress control and sprint planning.
