Currently, I am involved in the development and maintenance of complex Java applications, participating in architectural decisions and performance optimization. My decision to look for a new job is driven by a desire for professional growth, mastering new technologies, and working on larger-scale projects. I am motivated by a constant desire to develop, solve interesting problems, and make a meaningful contribution to the team and the product.
