Describe the structure and role of the team involved in your previous project

In my previous project, the team consisted of several key roles:

• Developers — responsible for writing and maintaining code, implementing new features, and fixing bugs.
• Testers (QA) — checked the quality of the product, wrote and executed tests.
• Project Manager — coordinated the work of the team, assigned tasks, and monitored deadlines.
• DevOps Engineer — handled infrastructure setup, deployment automation, and monitoring.

The team was cross-functional and worked according to Agile methodology, which allowed for quick adaptation to changes and effective collaboration. Each participant had clear areas of responsibility, but close communication was maintained to achieve common goals.
