How do you assess your effectiveness when working remotely?

The assessment of effectiveness when working remotely can be based on several criteria:

• Self-discipline and the ability to plan work time.
• The ability to quickly switch between tasks and maintain concentration.
• Use of communication and collaboration tools (e.g., task tracking systems, messengers).
• Regular reporting and transparency in task completion.

For example, I can evaluate my effectiveness by the number of tasks completed per day, the quality of code and feedback from colleagues, as well as how quickly I respond to requests and maintain communication within the team.
