How is responsibility and task distribution among team members carried out in your team?

In our team, the distribution of responsibilities and tasks is based on competencies and the current workload of team members. We typically use Agile approaches, such as Scrum or Kanban. Tasks are formed in the backlog, and then during planning meetings or sessions, the team collaboratively decides who will take on which task in a sprint or iteration. This allows us to consider each person's interests and strengths, as well as maintain a balanced workload.
