How proactive do you consider yourself as an employee?

Initiative is the ability to independently suggest ideas, take responsibility, and act without constant supervision. I consider myself an proactive employee because I strive not only to complete assigned tasks but also to find ways to improve processes, propose optimizations, and learn new things.

For example, if I see that a routine task can be automated in a project, I study the tools and suggest a solution to the team. This helps to increase efficiency and quality of work.
