What level are you at now? Tell about the team level.

Currently, I am at the senior developer level. Our team has a mixed level of specialists: from middle to senior, and also a team lead with over 7 years of experience.

The team is oriented towards independence and responsibility: each member is responsible for their module, but actively interacts with colleagues to share knowledge and solve complex problems. We use code reviews and pair programming to improve code quality and team growth.

The senior level involves not only deep technical knowledge but also the ability to make architectural decisions, mentor less experienced colleagues, and participate in project planning.
