How do you evaluate your grade?

When assessing my grade as a senior Java developer, I consider the following aspects:

• Deep understanding of the Java language and ecosystem, including JVM, garbage collection, and multithreading.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex architectural solutions.
• Skills in performance optimization and application profiling.
• Ability to work with various frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and build tools.
• Capability to mentor the team, conduct code reviews, and participate in making technical decisions.
