Tell about your experience. What is your role in the team, what have you been doing?

In my role as a senior Java developer, I serve as the technical leader of the team. My main responsibilities include designing application architecture, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in sprint planning. I have worked on developing high-load microservices using Spring Boot, integrating with external APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability through automated testing and CI/CD. I also participated in migrating a monolithic application to a microservices architecture, which increased scalability and simplified maintenance.
