At my current job, I started as a Java developer, responsible for developing and maintaining backend services. Over time, my responsibilities expanded: I began participating in architectural decisions, performance optimization, and mentoring junior colleagues. Currently, I lead several projects, coordinate a team of 6 people, participate in code reviews and release planning. The team is cross-functional, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, which allows for effective interaction and quick resolution of emerging tasks.
