In my current work with Java, the main workflows are:

• Developing and maintaining server-side logic using the Spring Framework.
• Writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Working with databases through JPA/Hibernate to implement CRUD operations.
• Participating in code reviews to improve quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Optimizing application performance and fixing bugs.

For example, I can create REST API controllers that handle requests and interact with the service layer and the database.
