Usually, for small projects, the team can consist of 3-7 people, including developers, testers, and managers. In larger projects, the team can be significantly bigger and divided into sub-teams.

For example, in my last project, the team consisted of 5 people: 3 developers, 1 tester, and 1 project manager. Such a size allowed for effective communication and quick decision-making.
