What methodologies did you work with?

Most often worked with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Within Scrum, used sprints, daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives. Kanban elements were also used for task visualization and team workload control. In some projects, Waterfall was used when requirements were clearly defined and did not change during development.
