My career goals are related to continuous professional growth and expanding my competencies in Java development. In the near future, I plan to deepen my knowledge of modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, as well as master microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

In the long term, I want to develop in the direction of software system architecture and project management, to participate in creating scalable and reliable solutions. I also consider it important to develop teamwork and communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
